		<description>What a great video!  Textbook leadership engagement.  Is there any doubt that Jeff Bezos is passionate about his company and that he has a solid vision for the future?

I particularly liked the fact that it took all of two minutes to prepare the visual aids, and that they were probably prepared by Jeff.  No &quot;Death By Powerpoint&quot; here.
