I first saw this on John Hunter’s blog.  It’s a little over 2 minutes and definitely worth viewing… especially in light of recent events in America.

    I wonder how much he makes? Didn’t the Toyota leaders of the past also do similar things when times were tough? Perhaps Congress should make the Big 3 leadership watch this humbling video. Then again, humility and personal accountability don’t seem high on those guys list so it would probably be a waste of time.

    Hi Graham, yes I think you are right… I believe the Toyota leaders (50 some years ago) did step down after having to lay off workers. Perhaps someone can clarify this if I’m mistaken.
