This really is in stark contrast to my visit there a few years ago when, not even a single mention of lean then. Speaking of weather and cold. This past winter has been really bad, no permanent snow here in Helsinki area and temperature hovering just a little over zero celcius. I'd have to say that this is even more depressing than snow and cold durin 'real' winter.
