Kaizen Products started out in 2000 as the graphics department of Gemba Research, a consulting and training company specializing in operational excellence. Responding to the needs from customers and from Gemba instructors for better teaching aids and better printed materials on the Toyota Production System principles, Kaizen Products LLC was established as an independent company.
