    Help us out, I don’t understand the relation to lean and single-piece flow.

    Is it because Morse Code sends one letter at a time?

    Unless the receiver guessed the message from the first part, I don’t know if the analogy holds true here.

    Am I seeing it wrong?

    Hi Mark, it was more of a joke than one piece flow lesson I guess. Perhaps a better analogy is how new technology is not always better than old technology. But, yeah, the one piece flow tie is related the 1 letter at a time versus batching them up via SMS.
